“Agni” Rin heard Arjuna shouted. Suddenly, all the trees and remaining grasses around the house are up in flames.
I am lucky there is a patch of land that Putra completely rid of grass.
So from the mist of up surrounding us, and the fire that is burning, we can’t get out, and even if we did, I am sure Arjuna will be able to snipe us in our blindness.
“Arjuna, you dare come here again after been defeated.”

“I am sorry Rin. But I don’t believe your decisions will help me reach the Gate. You have been too kind to win this War, and the decisio of not only not killing our enemy and even teaching them the skill to fight againts us just had to tip me over to the other side.”
“But what can you gain from Arjuna? What if he betrays you like you betrayed me?”
“Arjuna is an honorable knight from ancient India — the only thing that bothers him and kept him in Purgatory all this time is his guilt from doing the one dishonorbale thing of murdering Karna. I did my research, Rin.”
Rin swallowed her own spit. This ain’t good.
“However, you, are the foolish one. With a quick read, you would have known that I have betrayed all the masters I have served during the warring states era of Han China, and yet you summoned me without much thinking — your innocence brings your own downfall, Rin.”
“How about you Arjuna, are you fine with this?”
“He is clearyly weaker than me, so even if he betrays me, I can put him down realtively easily. However, his help will be very useful in taking down Saber and Caster.”
Rin took a deep breath.
“Well, then, I am glad you didn’t consider me as a threat. あめの叢雲の剣”

Rin swing it horizontally in the air, and suddenly a strong, and sharp wind blow from Rin’s direction — blowing away all the fire and cut all the grass and trees clean from the ground. It also blew away all the msit and diminish Arjuna’s cover. He was revealed to be standing on top of his chariot, around a hundred meters to the left and back of Lu Bu.
“Grass Cutter? Did you steal it from the emperor, Rin?”
Rin was silent, she is in no mood for coversation. She dashes towards Lu Bu, which immediately block her attack with his pole-arm. “発火!” Lu Bu’s hands are burnt, so let go of his pole-arm with a scream. With that chance, Rin goes for a stab, but was kicked by Lu Bu. She was launcehd to the ground, dirt flew where she dropped.
“Tsk… what a try hard.” Lu Bu picked up his polearm.
“Oy, just give up already. Give me your key, also that other guy’s key. You don’t need the Gate to stop some stupid ass prophecy, and that guy does not even know what he wants.”
“Shut up! You don’t know how it feels to be living in a family that believes some senile old monk more than their own children.”
Rin dashes again going for a thrust to the heart, but Lu Bu dodge and kicked her in the face.
“Then, why can’t you just ignore them and have your own believes. Tsk, you will die if you keep this up.”
Rin’s mouth is bleeding, she looked at Lu Bu in the eye. No matter how much I want to kill him right now, he is right — even if I somehow landed a lucky stab, Arjuna will just finish me off. Where the hell is Ji An right now? I did tell Putra and Violin to hide but I the situation has turned out differently.
3.5 hours prior.
“Hey, Putra, I gotta meet someone. So I am going to leave you here. Rin, seems to be trustworthy but if anything comes up, just call out my name. That seems to be the way to summon me.”
“Ok, who are you meeting?”
“I played this character in a TV series before, if you remember, it is about a cursed lady that take care of the Inn of Moonlight — where the wandering spirits rest before going to the next life. Basically a fancy hotel for those who are not kind enough in life to go to Purgatory. But also not evil enough to be exorcise by the reaper of death straight to hell.”
“Yes! You were so cool… my favourite moment is when you fought againts that knight dem..”
“Anyway,” Ji An interrupted, but then she smiled and shook her head as if remembering a funny experience “Tsk, why you gotta bring that up? That was pretty clingy to shoot, but I do like the final result. But anyway! You remember the character Ma Go?”
“Yup”
“I might try to meet the real her. Maybe she can teaches me how to better use my magic.”
“Oh, why can’t Rin also just teach you?”
“She said she can’t. Us spirits, well, raised dead / spirits, can’t really use the same magic the living uses. Because our connection to the natural cycle is severed until we are actually reincarnated again.”

Ji An proceed to sing Above Time and Space and disappear with a shimmer of white lights.
